The structure of the internship program was great; it combined learning modules about some of the different products/securities that are traded as well as projects/challenges. There was also plenty of time for us to take on projects specific to the desks we were assigned to and to take initiative to spend time with other desks one-on-one to gain a deeper understanding of how each functioned.
