“It was an amazing job and a friendly atmosphere. They provide you with lots of training and allows us to take our time learning, and make sure we understand the job. We get to various different kinds of jobs, sometimes with different groups. Also, they take us to the job sites to see the work in progress or finished work to show us what our designs actually look like. There are also various social activities for Co-ops to meet with other employees in the company, and also, to meet the other Co-op.”
