“The time on the field delegating a handful of trades and driving out their scope. Delegating trades and documenting quality control as our GC8.3 project was coming to closure. Managing trades by answering specification and shop drawing questions, pushing the schedule, punching areas with trades and owner, closing in on all deficiencies and any items that would hold us up for CO, and assuring safety regulations- PSI/ workmanship/ PPE. Also, complete a couple of pre-pour checklists. Documented finished concrete and oversaw the pour to avoid any mistakes. Managed the inventory for all accessories within the project; partitions, hand-dryers, grab bars, mirrors, etc. Well involved and knowledgeable with the scope of interior trades. ”
