Incorporated as a private, nonprofit 501(c)(3) agency in 1971, Rise serves more than 2,000 people each year who have a wide range of disabilities and other barriers through employment, housing, and life enrichment programs. We have over 20 locations serving the Twin Cities, Greater Minnesota, and Western Wisconsin.
Nobody’s just punching a timecard here. Every Rise team member is personally connected to and driven by our mission. That shared commitment is the foundation of a spirited workplace culture (some locations even have a “fun committee”).
