We are seeking somebody with a professional degree in architecture and at least eight years of related experience. The role involves being responsible for specific technical design aspects of a major project, including investigating, evaluating, and recommending design solutions that meet the client’s needs. The individual will participate in the conceptual design and provide support throughout the entire project. They will serve as an SME on specialized systems and liaise with project management, architects, architectural staff, and consultants. The individual will develop and represent the lead technical viewpoint on projects and coordinate with the director and department head on technical solutions and product strategies. This position differs from the senior level in terms of project size. They will provide architectural consultation in the planning, design, and coordination of large complex projects, independently applying advanced architectural concepts and designs. The role also involves carrying out complex assignments that require the development of new or improved techniques and procedures and may include providing technical guidance to less experienced architects.

Responsibilities:
- Complete construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit
- Create 3D models and renderings
- Draw and document existing conditions
- Develop and draw detailed construction details
- Conduct research with building departments and landlord representatives
- Monitor project deliverables and report on progress to the team
Skills:
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Experience with Bluebeam
- Familiarity with rendering software
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications:
- College degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Desire to learn project planning and management disciplines
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred
