Our USA Jag Guides work for the USA Office of Enrollment Services’ Communication Center and reach out to prospective students to let them know about upcoming events, keep in touch about their application process, and help students stay up to date on important deadlines.
As a prospective student, you may have received a call or an e-mail from one of our Jag Guides. The Jag Guides are here for you to help answer questions and keep in touch throughout your transition to becoming a student at the University of South Alabama!
Jag Guide duties include:
- Calling prospective students about their application to South Alabama
- Maintaining various spreadsheets in Google Drive
- Sending text messages to students via our texting software, Mongoose
- Writing postcards to prospective students
- Assist with USA Day/ New Student Orientation events
