Air Force PAQ Instructional Systems Specialist

We’re seeking recent undergraduates and graduate students for Force Support training through our PAQ Program.

You’ll work shoulder to shoulder with current Instructional Systems Specialist and staff on rewarding projects, making real contributions while gaining invaluable real-world experience.

Instructional Systems Specialists provide a wide range of expertise on instructional design as it relates to position duties, knowledge skills, and abilities, assists in identifying data elements necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of training development, delivery, and impact on job performance, evaluate and assist with the development of training courses.
